Jonathan Beagle

Beagle is an Associate Professor of History and has been teaching at Western New England since 2003.
An expert on colonial- and revolutionary-era American history, his classes include Witchcraft in Early America, The Founding Fathers, Early American Women’s History, War and American Society, City Upon a Hill: A History of Boston, 1630-1865, The American Revolution, Colonial America, Monuments, Museums and Memory, and Introduction to U.S. History to 1877. Beagle earned a B.A. from Saint Cloud State University, a M.A. from University of Rhode Island, and a Ph.D. from University of New Hampshire.
