Ofir Govani began his culinary studies at the prestigious Dan Hotels, continued from there to the renowned sea food restaurant “Mul Yam”, followed by three years as chef of “Pronto”, Tel Aviv’s leading Italian restaurant.
After a long trip overseas, Ofir became head chef of the prestigious steakhouse “NG” and published a regular food column in one of Israel’s main daily newspapers.
