Anne Kleinberg was an interior designer before she started writing for newspapers and magazines.

A lifestyle column led to food writing, which led to cookbooks and a novel. She’s a born and bred New Yorker who had an epiphany and moved to Israel. She lives there with her husband and two wacky mutts.
